Lectures and talks are suitable for bigger audiences. The main aim of these is to deliver content that is easy to understand and work on independently. They rely on passive learning during the session but proactive and self guided learning after sessions.
Seminars are for smaller groups of up to 30 individuals. They are characterised by deeper examination of topics that promote interactions and discussions between the attendees with a focus on experiential and philosophical reasoning and learning.
Workshops, like seminars, are designed for smaller groups of up to 30 individuals. They provide an opportunity to learn and experience through safe practice of previously taught topics. They focus on experiential and practical learning.
THE 3 IN 1 PACKAGE
This package provides learning experiences for up to 26 participants. These are designed to run through 3 stages: a short lecture followed by a seminar structured discussion concluding with a workshop to explore how to best employ the learned material. The small groups package can be tailor made to run from between a few hours to full days of intensive learning and personal development.

One-to-one sessions are tailored to the individual based on their needs. These incorporate all topics and methods of learning and guided personal development.
