I am the Founder of LIFESEXPERTS and I specialise in sex(uality) and relationships.
With a background in psychology and counselling and experience spanning mental health, coaching, personal development and group dynamics, I draw on a broad range of educational, therapeutic and coaching approaches to help individuals and couples better understand themselves, their relationships and their intimate lives.
I am passionate about education, personal growth, healthy relationships and the systems that shape how people live together. My work is grounded in a simple philosophy: we live to learn — and when we learn, we live better.

My content is delivered in professional formats and on topics that are rarely approached openly and without judgement in our private and social lives, yet they have such tremendous impact on our individual and collective well-being. Therefore, the continuous and sought-out personal development of individuals is as important as their professional development and career aspirations.

What I offer?
I offer workshops and seminars for delivery in the community, social events and one-to-one sessions for individuals and couples looking to invest in their personal development and improve their interpersonal skills and relationships.
I also offer bespoke content and services for companies helping them to build successful and prosperous teams, while addressing unhealthy power dynamics, policies and procedures in need of updating, poor relationships and tension as well as sexism, gender bias and sexual harassment at the workplace.

I teach a broad in scope content with topics that educate individuals about the many interwoven factors that influence their psyche, sexual behaviour and relationships. I offer my clients a unique opportunity to grow as individuals and as couples by teaching about the connections between the environment, mind and body.
Enriching adults with the knowledge of 21st century scientific research, established methods used by mental health professionals, modern and ancient techniques and practices for engaging and connecting the mind and the body, I aim to provide clients with the opportunity to grow as human beings - connected, aware, and present in their daily lives and relationships.
