360 of Your 365 – Live Life by Design
A guided journal for people who are done watching years just… happen.

Have you ever reached the end of a year with that strange mix of exhaustion, nostalgia, and quiet disappointment – like time moved so fast it escaped you and a whole year flew by?

You worked, you showed up, you handled a thousand responsibilities… and yet, somewhere under the noise, there’s this ache: I thought I’d be living differently by now.

360 of Your 365 was created for exactly that moment.

This isn’t another feel-good notebook for resolutions that evaporate by February. It’s a psychologically informed, gently challenging, deeply reflective journal that walks you through a full cycle:

  • looking honestly at the year you’ve just lived

  • designing the year you actually want to live next

  • staying in conversation with that design all year long

Why does this journal exist?

I created this process because I was tired of my life looking “fine” from the outside while feeling misaligned on the inside. I’m a psychologist specialising in sex and relationships, I run businesses, I support other professionals in the sexual and relational wellness field – and for years I watched my own life quietly slip into “get things done” mode while I helped others build more intentional ones.

So I started treating my own life the way I ran my business: with honesty, structure, reflection, and design. Over the years, I built and tested a yearly process that helped me review my past, understand my patterns, choose a Word of the Year that actually meant something, and translate it into decisions, boundaries, and focus.

360 of Your 365 is that process in book form – so you can use it too.

What’s inside?

This journal is split into three main parts:

1. A deep reflection on the year you’ve just lived
A structured, gentle end-of-year review with questions like:

  • What supported me this year, and what quietly drained me?

  • Where did I abandon myself – and where did I finally show up?

  • What weighed on me, and what did I learn from it?

The aim isn’t to judge your year, but to understand it. You’ll see patterns emerge: what worked, what hurt, what needs to change, and what you actually want to carry forward.

2. A design lab for your next year

This is where you begin to design, not just “hope.” You’ll be guided to:

  • choose a meaningful Word of the Year as your compass

  • map out what you want more of (and less of) in your everyday life

  • explore who you’re becoming and how you want to grow

  • use simple frameworks to turn dreaming into doing (Do’s, Don’ts, your One Thing, and more)

With psychologically grounded questions like “What do I believe I genuinely deserve more of next year?” and “How do I want to develop as a person, not just a performer?”, you’ll create a vision that actually fits you.

3. Tools to stay on track all year

Because insight without follow-through just becomes regret, the final sections give you tools to stay connected to your intentions month after month:

  • Monthly Wheel of Life check-ins to see how balanced (or not) your life feels

  • Main Focus by Month pages so you can choose one priority instead of doing everything at once

  • Proof of Progress / Celebration pages to track your wins, brave moments and quiet shifts

  • Space for a vision board, rituals, notes, and wild ideas that don’t fit neatly anywhere else (yet)

You can use these tools in a very structured way… or do what I do: move through them fluidly, following your energy and curiosity, trusting that your timing doesn’t have to be linear to be powerful.

Who is it for?

This journal is for you if:

  • you’re tired of making resolutions you quietly know you won’t keep

  • you feel like time is running faster than your own growth

  • you’re craving direction, clarity, and a sense of authorship over your life

  • you want something deeper than a pretty planner – something that actually changes how you relate to your days

You don’t have to be “good at journaling.” You just have to be willing to be honest with yourself… and keep coming back to the pages.

Is this suitable as a gift?

Yes – 360 of Your 365 is the perfect end-of-year or Christmas/New Year gift for the introspective humans in your life.

If you have friends or family who are deep thinkers, purpose-driven, always working on themselves and hungry to live more intentionally, this journal will give them a structured, meaningful way to realign their goals with the life they actually want to live.

It’s especially well suited to people who love reflection, personal growth, and making conscious choices about their time and energy.

I particularly recommend gifting it to those you know are already on a self-development journey and would truly appreciate a tool that supports them in living with clarity, focus, and purpose in the year ahead.
