Service Description

This option offers you the opportunity to request to reserve a time slot on a first-come-first serve basis. If you are not seeing your ''usual time'' as available, this is likely because it's blocked for you and you need to email Leah to confirm you wish to have it for your next session. However, if you don't have a usual time, be mindful that this request will still need to be confirmed or if there's a calendar clash (sadly, no system is perfect), you'd be offered an alternative. Please keep an eye out for those emails.
